Charlotte Investment Property – Summary
This home purchased with no kitchen and new framing that was not code compliant. With structural repairs complete we designed a new kitchen plan that incorporated lots of counter space a pace through opening with views of the large rear yard. New hardwood floor was installed to match the original hardwood flooring found in other areas of the home. Finally a new deck and 8’ sliding door completed this Charlotte homeowner’s dream remodel.
