Charlotte Investment Property – Summary
Two weeks on the market and this one is “sold”. This home located in the Starmount area of Charlotte had great bones to start with. Enlarging the opening between the living room and family room, weaving in new hardwood floors to perfectly match the existing hardwood and replacing the sunroom carpet with ceramic tile was a perfect start. Installing a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, fresh paint, new fixtures through out the home and new landscaping and this one was ready to go and go it did in two weeks.
