Charlotte Investment Property – Summary
This tri-level home renovation was an 8 week remodel project, with the lower level being converted to a master bedroom suite with two closets and an oversized custom master shower. The Charlotte remodel also included a new second floor bathroom, all new vinyl windows, new 30 year shingles, new bi-level rear deck, new custom kitchen, appliances, refinish of all the wood floors and new paint inside and out.
